So far, we have explored the makings of a successful Internet business from both our inner search and doing our basic research to find the right business for you. In this installment we will look at whether a website is necessary to start an Internet business. You will want to make sure you get this point before you spend dime one on any Internet business.

Now I know a lot of people are probably telling you that you don't need to have your own website that you can use the cookie cutter one they are going to provide you for free or for a small membership fee. Well frankly, I say hogwash. I think you really do need to have your own website if you want to have a place that you can call your own something that distinguishes you from everybody else on the Internet and the only way to do that on the Internet is with your own website and domain name.

Now before you get all technically scared and say I do not know how to program at all in HTML and all the other things. Well You really don't need to in today's day and age there are so many programs out there that will take and make a website based on what you see. There called WYSIWYG (wizy·wig) that take and let you work very much like a desktop publisher or word processor program and do all the HTML coding behind the scenes for you.

Just add pictures till you like what it looks like and put in your text and that is really all that is required it is unnecessary to be overly worried about what the actual coding behind the site is. You can also do a search and find some templates that will give you a very professional looking web page to start with. There are a lot of templates which will give you a very professional looking website and require very little input other than basically adding the text to them.

The website is important because the website is what takes and basically takes the place of the brick-and-mortar store or office buildings you would normally set your business up in. It is a place where you invite customers in and say, here we are this is what we have to offer and here is our offer. It Lets us find out more about you what you have to offer. It lets us find out about you the products you sell, the services you offer and how they will serve our needs best. To do this you need your own website that you control so if you have no website you have no store no store you have no customers basically.

So, in conclusion, you need to go find out who you are you need too go find out what you really love to do. Find out if you want to do it on your own. Then do it. If you have all these key ingredients all figured out, then just combined them and what you have is the makings of a very successful Internet business. Not only will your business potentially be successful You will wake up every morning feeling refreshed and rejuvenated ready to head down to your office and ready to get to work and loving every minute of it. Not like you probably do right now were your saying, oh my God can't it be five more minutes in bed I really don't want to go to that J.O.B.
