For the people who spend their time on the internet socializing, chatting, watching, and creating; you will know that the internet is an obvious nesting ground for innovators, advertisers and opportunists.
However if you are someone who makes money online legally and passive, it can be one of the most rewarding experiences anyone can have. It is possible to make a lot of money online, and it's possible to lose a lot of money online.
You have to know what you are doing! A lot of people who view people that make money online often say "well I can do that. I mean if all that person is doing is sitting there on his computer playing with that program, why shouldn't I be able to do the same?
Let's get to the facts; people that make money online are smart. They often think outside the box. There are people who don't even think outside the box and do what others do and still come out alright. Usually the people that lose are the one's who get sucked into online schemes such as "get rich quick" programs.

People that make money online (most) have learned from trial and error. Once they fail, they don't give up; much like anything else we do. However most of us don't give up on things like... taking care of our kids, your health, college education etc... Why should our internet job be any different?
What if we treated our learning experience effort online the same as we treated what I mentioned above? This would definitely increase your chances of success.
Another thing that a lot of people do is dream to much, dreaming is not bad(In fact I encourage it to a certain degree) however, when you create HIGH HOPES, and those high hopes don't come out right. You will feel like you got hit by a train. This is the point where people give up and move on or move down.
The best advice I can give you is to be patient, and diversify. There are so many ways to make money online, it's scary. There's affiliate marketing, eBay, advertising, Marketing, Blogging, and website making (these are the only few that came to the top of my head).
Plant your seed in multiple things, and see which ones grow. Don't give up until you see results! Also say to yourself, "that making money online is going to take some hard work and effort"; but remember hard thinking defeats both of those. Think smart, and you will be better off.
I also recommend you join a forum such as digital point. Digital point is huge Internet marketing community, and there are tons of people who helps others out, if they are ever stumped on anything.
